Lebanon Public Library Sets Standard of Excellence in Fire Safety

LEBANON, INDIANA — Brenneco Fire Protection presented the Lebanon Public Library with the distinguished Sprinky Award earlier today. The library was commended for its diligence and commitment to fire safety. This Sprinky Award is bestowed on organizations that have gone above and beyond to safeguard their people from the threat of a fire.
“The Lebanon Public Library serves as an example of an organization that is doing everything right when it comes to fire prevention and preparedness,” says Eric Flora, owner of Brenneco Fire Protection. “We wanted to make sure their valuable example doesn’t go unnoticed by the community. The Sprinky Award provides the opportunity to publicly recognize the library’s commitment to protecting its patrons, employees and community assets from the threat of fire.”
Brenneco Fire Protection services the library’s extensive fire protection system including its fire suppression system, backflow systems, pre-action systems and performs both fire extinguisher and fire alarm inspections.
“Fire protection is consistent with our values regarding the safety of our patrons and employees,” says Glenna Lenox, business manager at the Lebanon Public Library. “We strive to provide environments that are safe and appreciate Brenneco’s technical expertise in helping us maintain that.”
Past recipients of the Sprinky Award include Ball Corporation, City of Lafayette, IU Health Arnett and Cook Biotech.
